Hitler and Nixon Vietnam War Protest
Both of these photographs were taken outside the Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel in the spring of 1973. The War in Viet Nam as much as it was "winding down" was still raging. President Nixon and President Thieu of South Viet Nam were holding a summit meeting that evening at the hotel. I was covering the event as a photographer for Fresno State's Daily Collegian newspaper along with Daily Collegian editor Gary Alexander.

I have been using Canon camera equipment for most of my life. All photos on this page were all taken with a Canon FT-QL. At this time in my life my lens consisted of a Vivitar 19/3.5, Canon 50/1.8 FL and a Soligar 135/3.5 lens. As for other 35 mm cameras I have also used Nikon cameras, Leica cameras.

My current 35 mm camera of choice is a Canon EOS 1n with L lens. My medium format camera in current use is a Hasselblad.

My personal recomendation of places to buy or rent photographic equipment the the Dallas Fort Worth area:

Arlington Camera

Light Tec

Other Places to buy photo equipment
